FAQ

 

  • Returns/exchanges:

On our website, you can find our policy under the shippings and returns tab. Shipping usually takes about 2-3 business days while custom and international orders can take up to 2-3 weeks (Canada 1-2 Weeks). UPS and USPS may also experience shipping delays which are out of our control, but we will try to assist you in any way we can. Every order will also be provided a tracking number, which may help to see if there are any delays in your order. 

For returns, we do not offer refunds in the original form of payment. We provide store credit or one free exchange and will email you a free return label. We do not offer free returns for international addresses. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. 

 

  •  Missing packages:

 In some cases, packages may show as 'delivered' but could take additional time to arrive. We use a no signature required delivery service which means if no one was home at time of delivery the package will be left in a secure location at your home. Firstport is not held responsible for lost packages as stated in our shipping and returns policy, therefore next steps would include contacting your local post office that the package is missing.

 

  • Hand dyed items:

For hand dyed items, we suggest to hand wash or to do a gentle cycle on cold with like colors. There are also care instructions on the tag that we advise to follow.

  • Distressing:

We do not take requests for customization of certain products. On our website, the product description states if the garment is distressed or not. There is also an accurate picture provided of the garment that shows detailed weathering unique to each design. 

  • Sizing:

Our products are designed to have a relaxed, oversized fit. For a 'true to size' fit, we recommend sizing down.
