- In the notes section of your order please let us know any favorite places, sports, hobbies and or colors. (Our crew will do their best to check every note, but due to high order volume and limited stock, there is no guarantee) additionally include any firstport items you already own so we do not send duplicates.
- Please note: We’re unable to accommodate requests for multiple sizes, as each box is curated in a single set size.
Shipping & Returns/Exchanges:
- All mystery boxes are final sale, but we can accommodate size exchanges. The full box must be returned, and due to limited stock, exchanged boxes may include different items. Please reach out to Hello@firstportcompany.com for assistance on getting an exchange started.
- Each box is handpicked and personalized, so please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.
