Shipping & handling

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (business days do not include holidays or weekends). Orders placed in the USA are delivered within 2–3 business days upon receipt of the package being dropped off at the shipping facility. International and custom orders can take up to 2–3 weeks. From time to time USPS or UPS may experience shipping delays that are out of our control. Once package is in USPS or UPS possession via tracking we will be happy to assist you but also suggest contacting USPS for more detailed information.

International shipments: We are still fulfilling international shipments but may experience longer delays depending on customer location due to widespread airline cancellations and restrictions. Please note that international orders may require duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are only responsible for relaying the item to the courier, not shipment arrival dates or any additional fees.

Delivery times are subject to possible delays and extension during holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), launches or restocks, and limited edition releases and promotions.

Please note: All pre-order items may take up to 5 weeks for shipment.

Returns & exchanges

You can request a return by entering your order information on our returns portal.

Please note that we do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. Instead, all orders are eligible for store credit or one free exchange. To obtain your complimentary return label, please initiate a return in our returns portal. Kindly note that free returns are not available for international addresses.

We accept returns on items purchased within 14 days from when you receive your package. To be eligible, all products must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags attached. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, or are deemed unsanitary. Please be aware that it is at our discretion to assess the condition of returned items. If an item is found to be in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or store credit and will return the item to the sender at their expense.

Please ship your returns in a timely manner within a 5 day timeframe from the day your return label is issued. Any time after this your label will automatically void and USPS will not accept your return.

We cannot cancel or refund any bespoke, personalized, or custom orders. All sales of vintage items are final.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed.

Please note: We do not make exceptions to our policy.

Tracking

There are times when the shipping carrier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.

Lost or returned packages

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. Please note:

My package has been lost or stolen - what do I do?

Unfortunately, once packages are in the carrier's hands, they are out of our control. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if your courier has marked your order as delivered or is holding your package at your request.

-If you purchased AfterShip order protection at checkout:

We implemented order protection shipping protection to provide added insurance to your package.

To file a claim with order protection, visit this link. After filing a claim, order protection representatives will aim to reach out within 24 hours to get you taken care of, but most customers receive a response and resolution much quicker than that. Order protection will ensure that you either receive a replacement or refund for approved claims. If the order is of high value we may request a police report or missing package claim documents from USPS.

-If you did not purchase AfterShip order protection coverage:

If your order was shipped via USPS and you opted out of order protection, our ability to assist is unfortunately limited. We are unable to assume liability for lost packages when carriers do not provide reimbursement. This is why we offer order protection, ensuring coverage in such situations. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these issues together.

Cancellations and changes

Once an order has been placed we do not cancel any orders. Please reach out to HELLO@FIRSTPORTCOMPANY.COM if a size or address mistake was made and the change will be made if requested within 24 hours. All other changes can not be accommodated.
